Who's The Visionary?

The CP (Coaching and Planning) Consultant is owned and managed by Demetré Bivins. Demetré holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master's degree in Conflict Management. She has 14 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, which includes experience in the areas of conflict management, leadership development, training content development and training facilitation.

Demetré's social action includes middle school standardized test preparation, mentoring at-risk high school females and presenting the pitfalls of social media to high school students.

After many years of training and developing organization leaders, Demetré made a decision to leave the corporate world and pursue her passion full time of making a difference in the lives of today's youth. Demetré is a single mother of a 14-year-old son, and she is very aware of the issues that youth face. Additionally, she is well experienced at having crucial conversations on teen issues, and guiding her son along the path of success.

Considering Demetré's experience as a mother, her social action experience and her experience in training and development, it is easy to see how those factors transition well into the work of The CP Consultant.

Who Are We?

The CP Consultant is an organization that was created out of a desire to empower students to excel to their life's potential. The CP Consultant focuses on empowerment through The Enrichment Program, which delivers knowledge and skills to students that will prepare them to be successful from childhood to adulthood, in college and in the workforce. The staff of The CP Consultant are Master's prepared, holding the degrees of M.Ed in Counseling and Master of Science in Conflict Management.
